InHub Terms of Service

The service

InHub is a Shopify app with a companion iPhone app, operated by Super Commerce LLC. It generates product imagery, listing copy, and advertisement creatives from photographs you provide, for you to review and publish to your own Shopify store. By installing or using InHub you agree to these terms.

Your content and your responsibility

You keep all rights to the photographs you upload and to your store data. You give us the limited permission needed to process them to provide the service, and nothing more. Because generated imagery and text are produced by AI from your inputs, you review everything before it goes anywhere: nothing is published to your store or posted anywhere by InHub without your approval. The one exception is one you switch on yourself. Automatic publishing is off by default, and if you turn it on in Settings, listings InHub scores as high-confidence publish without stopping for individual review. You can turn it off again at any time. You are responsible for what you approve, including its accuracy, its compliance with advertising rules, and its fitness for your store. Do not upload content you do not have the rights to.

Credits and billing

Generation is paid for with credits, purchased through Shopify Billing as a subscription plan or one-time credit packs. A credit is consumed when a generated image or advertisement is delivered for your review; work that fails to deliver is not charged, and reserved credits from failed work are returned. Plan credits renew and expire with the billing cycle as described on the plans page.

Refunds and cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by uninstalling InHub or switching plans in Shopify; billing stops at the end of the current cycle and is handled entirely by Shopify Billing. Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, email info@inhubstudio.io within 30 days and we will review it and, where a refund is due, process it through Shopify.

Fair use

Do not use InHub to create unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content, to misrepresent products, or to probe, overload, or abuse the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and changes

We work to keep InHub available and improving, and we may change or discontinue features. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for InHub in the three months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of InHub is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there, except where mandatory law in your place of residence provides otherwise.

Ending things

Uninstalling InHub from your store ends the service. You can also delete your data at any time from the app without uninstalling. Data deletion is described in the privacy policy.
